The NET Framework is a component that can be added to the Microsoft Windows operating system or has been integrated into Windows (starting from Windows Server 2003 and the latest versions of Windows) 

 

Generally, computers only have one language, namely (assembly), so when you develoved an application with the .Net language the computer will not understand the language. Therefore, a software (translator) is needed to be able to run it. No wonder some software cannot run properly (error) on a computer if the language it uses is different. That's why using the .NET Framework as the language's translator.
This framework provides a large number of program solutions to meet the general needs of a new program, and regulates the execution of programs written specifically for this framework. The .NET Framework is the key to the main offering from Microsoft, and is intended for use by most new applications built for the Windows platform.
