Manycam allows you to apply effects to your webcam image. It's probably the most special because it lets you change the background and position you in the middle of the ocean or other animations. Nowadays, if an app allows effects to be applied to your webcam image it's not a big news, but it would really be interesting if the app was free, and that's about it is ManyCam.
